1) Who we are

This website is operated by Sushi Seat AE FZ-LLC (FZ-LLC). We act as the controller of personal data for our services, in line with applicable UAE data protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and its implementing regulations, where applicable.

• Contact & account data: name, email, messages, and any details you submit via forms or support.
• Newsletter/marketing: email and consent preferences.
• Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser, pages viewed, approximate location, and interaction events (collected via cookies/SDKs where enabled).
• Transaction data (if applicable): order details and payment status (we do not intentionally store full card details if handled by a payment provider).
